In addition to imposed product modifications due to newly defined limits, etc., consumer tastes also evolve. While 25 years ago oriental spice blends were hardly in demand in our regions, they are now indispensable.
In our company kitchen, we constantly test and taste new recipes until they meet our own standards for proprietary recipes, or the customer’s requirements, 100 percent. Here we have the invaluable advantage of experience collected and passed down over generations, and over 1000 recipes. This allows us to achieve not only the desired taste but also the best texture.


There’s no such thing as ‘can’t’ (or only in exceptional cases)!
Thanks to our large stock of first-class raw spices and our adaptable, order-related production, even short-term changes in orders can usually be handled without excessive effort. Our staff draws on many years of experience and always acts flexibly and competently. We are a well-coordinated team and actively support you in every situation.


From grinding, mixing, to packaging and shipping.
At the beginning of our production line, if the raw spice or herbs are not processed whole, our mills are used. We have three mills in operation: an Alpina, a Condux, and a cinnamon mill, as well as a roller mill.
In the next step, the required basic ingredients are assembled and weighed for mixing. Mixing then takes place, depending on the batch size and the materials to be processed, in one of our Ruberg mixers, the Mikula mixer, the extract mixer, the cutter, the marinade mixer, or the liquid mixing system. Small quantities are mixed traditionally by hand in mixing troughs.
In the final step, the finished mixed goods are packaged. This is done with the packaging machine for appropriate batch sizes or otherwise by hand.
